People and Places: Multiple Choice :
In what valley were the troops of Israel camped when David fought Goliath ?
(a) Valley of Sin ; (b) Valley Elah : or (c) Valley of Olah.
(b) Valley of Elah (1 Sam. 17 : 2).

This valley probably was located about fourteen or fifteen miles southwest of Bethlehem. An elah was a large evergreen tree. Perhaps several such trees were in the area.
