Our Security Is In Christ

Consequently, the devil is as intent on obscuring the Gospel of God
is on revealing it. Armed with religion, humanistic philosophies, the
promise of security through materialism and achievement, and hostility
toward anyone and anything identified with Christ, our adversary and
his legions perpetually seek to veil the "gift of God" to the unbelieving.
Ephesians 2:8
 Robert Thieme Jr
We can not blame Satan for everything that goes wrong, if we do
we are giving him credit that he doesn't deserve. We are ascribing
to him the power to determine the quality of our lives.
Well said from "Our Daily Bread"
"Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the Lord delivereth him out of them all."
Psalm 34:19

O  Lord, help me to understand the reasons for your chastening.
In Christ name I pray
