Groaning In The Land

When the righteous increase, the people rejoice, but when

a wicked man rules, people groan.

Proverbs 29:2

 

By the blessing of the upright a city is exalted, but by the mouth of

the wicked it is torn down.

Proverbs 11:11

Spiritual Truth

Bible doctrine, the body of teaching drawn from a literal

interpretation of the Scriptures, is the standard for

spiritual truth. Bible study provides spiritual nourishment

for the Christian (Matt.4:4). The importance of Bible doctrine

cannot be overemphasized (Ps. 138:2). God  commands the

Christian to be inwardly transformed (Rom.12:2) This

 transformation requires a daily renewing of the mind through

learning and applying the Word of God (2 Cor. 4:16; Eph. 4:23).

Before I even prayed, Father, you answered. Thank You!

The time has come we need to double up on the Word of God.
So we want live in fear and we will know the truth and not the lie.
Then we will know how it will all come about in the end.



Submission in all Of Life

"Let him who means to love life and see good days

refrain his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking

guile. And  let him turn away from evil and do good;

Let him seek peace and pursue it. For the eyes of the Lord

are upon the righteous, and His ears attend to their prayer,

but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.

 

1 Peter 3:10, 11,12

 

"This is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life."

Dear Father, teach me to give priority to the eternal values which make life worth living.

Wither And Fade

Do  not fret because of evildoers, be not envious toward wrongdoers.

For they will wither quickly like the grass, and fade like the green herb.

Trust in the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land and cultivate  faithfulness.

Delight yourself in the Lord; and He will give you the desires of your heart.

Psalm 37:1,2,3,4

 "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally."

James 1:5

 

Thank you, Lord for not rationing your wisdom when

I seek it. You always give more than I ask.

He Will Uphold You

He Gave Us A Light

This is what God the Lord says---he who created the heavens

and stretched them out, who spread out the earth and all that

comes out of it, who gives breath to its people, and life to those

 who walk on it: "I, the Lord, have called you in righteousness;

I will take hold of your hand. I will keep you and will make you

to be a covenant for the people and a light for the Gentiles,

"Ask, and it shall be given you; seek and ye shall find;
knock, and it shall be opened unto you."

God Has A Purpose For Your Life

O God of all comfort, bring quietness and calm to hearts worried

Man's Thoughts

And God saw that the wickedness (evil) of man was

great in the earth, and that every imagination of the

thoughts of his heart was only evil (malignant) continually.

Dear Lord, I pray that you will keep me alert to Satan's
clever attacks and help me to conquer them.

Grace

According to the Doctrine of Common Grace, the Holy Spirit

has been convicting unbelievers since the beginning of time in

regard to the Gospel: "of sin...of righteousness...of judgment"

John 16:8-11.

The sin is rejection of Christ, "because they believe not on me"; "righteousness"

is the imputation of divine righteousness to those who believe in Him (Rom. 4:5);

and judgment will be meted out to those who reject Him. Those who refuse to

accept Christ's work on their behalf stand on their own merit, and their works

not their sins (Rev. 20:11-15.)

"In the day of my trouble I will call upon thee: for thou wilt answer me."
Psalm 86:7
Help me, Lord to act with your love in the seemingly impossible situations
of life.

Difficult Times

We must thank God for mercies even in these difficult times,

for "we know that all things work together for good to those

who love God." and that neither death, nor life, nor angels,

nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things

 to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing

shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in

Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 8: 38,39

 

"For thou, Lord, wilt bless the righteous: with favor wilt thou
compass him as with a shield."
Psalm 5: 12

O Lord, there are people giving their life as sacrificial love.
I pray in Christ name that I can give my love in your name.

 

 

 



To Understand The Word Ask

So I say to you: Ask  and it will be given to you; seek and you will find;

Knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives;

he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.

needs don't begin to exhaust your resources.

Self-condemned

But avoid foolish controversies and genealogies and arguments

and quarrels about the laws, because these are unprofitable and

useless. Warn a divisive person once, and then warn him a second

time. After that, have nothing  to do  with  him. you may be sure 

that such a man is warped and sinful; he is self-condemned.

Just Say No

For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men.

It teaches us to say "NO" to ungodliness and worldly passions, and

to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age,

while we wait for the blessed hope- the glorious appearing of our

great God and Savior, Jesus Christ,----

"For the Lord shall be thine everlasting light and the days of thy mourning shall be ended."

Father, things can so easily get out of order. I don't want them to. I need your help today.

So Whats New In Our Time--Nothing--

Look at the nations and watch---- and be utterly amazed.

For I am going to do  something in your days that you would

not believe, even if you were told. I am raising up the Babylonians,

that ruthless and impetuous people, who sweep across the whole earth

to seize dwelling places not  their own. They are a feared and dreaded people;

they are a law to themselves and promote their own honor.

 

Habakkuk 1:5,67

 

What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again

there is nothing new under the sun.

 

Ecclesiastes 1:9

 

"The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations."

Dear God, help me to withstand the temptation of

self-righteousness, and all other temptations that

keep me from knowing your will.

Not Just For Israel

Then it shall be, if you by any means forget the Lord your God,

and follow other gods, and serve them and worship them, I

testify against you this day that you shall surely perish. As the

nations which the Lord destroys before you, so you shall perish,

because you would not be obedient to the voice of the

Father, remind us of why we are the objects of your constant
love and care.

Devious Men

Wisdom will save you from the ways of wicked men,

from men whose words are perverse, who leave the

straight paths to walk in dark ways, who delight in

 doing wrong and rejoice in the perverseness of  evil,

whose paths are crooked and who are devious in

 their ways.

Lord, help me accept the Kingdom offered me,

every good path. For wisdom will enter your heart, and

knowledge will be pleasant to your soul, Discretion will

protect you, and understanding will guard you.

Faithful Ones

For the Lord gives wisdom, and from his mouth come knowledge and

understanding. He holds victory in store for the upright, he is a shield to

 those whose walk is blameless, for he guards the course of the just and

protects the way of his faithful ones.

"I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not
 walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life."

Father, what you have to say to us is vital. Help us to listen; help us to hear.

Will We Endure

The wicked flee when no one is pursuing, But the righteous

are bold as a lion. By  the transgression of a land many are

its princes, But by a man of understanding and knowledge,

so it endures.

and he that believeth on Me shall never thirst."

Hear And Receive

And if anyone hears My words and does not believe, I do

not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but

to save the world. He who rejects Me, and does not receive

My words, has that which judges him-- the word that I have

Only God can forgive sins
