Epistles--Prophecy

1. Multiple choice: How many days  was the church in Smyrna going to have tribulation? (a) Three; (b) seven; or (c) ten.

2. If the believers in the church of Smyrna were faithful until death, the risen Lord promised them the  crown of:  (a) Life; (b) glory; or (c) thorns.

1. (c) Ten (Rev. 2:10).  The number ten and its multiples are often used in Scripture to signify the completeness of an action, especially actions of judgment.

2. (a) Life (Rev. 2:10).  The crown of life is promised to those who endure temptation and love the Lord (James 1:12).
