As Paul declares in Romans 1 : 20 , all men are able to know there is a God through His creation. All are without excuse. His creation is "shouting" at man.

Paul quoted this in Acts 13 : 33, and in Hebrews 1 : 5 and 5 : 5 the author referred to this verse.

Job's friends had wanted him to repent of some prior sin of commission, but God wanted him to repent of a present attitudinal sin. Argument did not accomplish what a glimpse of God did.

Fill in the blanks: After God appeared to Job, Job regretted having spoken against God. He confessed, "I have uttered what I did not -------, Things too ------for me, which I did not know".

'understand----wonderful" (Job 43 : 3 )

This confession was the basis for Job's new insights about God and his final victory over Satan's attacks.

Fill in the blank: God showed Job his inadequacy to argue with Him by asking Job if he could control the monsters of creation. God asked, "Can you draw out ------with a hook?"Leviathan" (Job 41 : 1 )

Leviathan was a large, unknown creature. He is often thought to have been the crocodile, treated poetically with exaggeration for effect in Job.
