We Have Peace

Therefore having been justified by faith, we have peace

with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom

also we have obtained our introduction by faith into this

grace in which we stand; and we exult in hope of the glory of God.

Romans 5: 1,2 

 

"But unto you that fear My name shall the Sun of Righteousness arise
with healing in His wings."
Malachi 4:2

Lord, help me to overcome my fears by filling my mind with positive
thoughts and my life with positive actions.

A Nation Destroyed

For from the least of them even to the greatest of them,

 Everyone is greedy for gain, and from the prophet even

to the priest. Everyone deals falsely. And they have

 healed the brokenness of My people superficially, saying

"Peace, Peace. But there is no peace.

Jeremiah 6:13,14,

" For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy
unto all them that call upon Him."
Psalm 86:5

Lord, thank you for loving me for myself and dying that  I might live.
Teach me to feel that kind of love for others as well as myself.

Acceptance Of Christ

But as many as received Him , to them He gave the right

to become children of God, even to those who believe in

His name, who were  born not of  blood, nor of the will of

the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

 

John 1: 12, 13

 

"Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the
good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls."
Jermiah 6:16

Thank you, O God, for caring about the things of this world that
need repair, like my life.

A Ruler Among Fools

The words of the wise heard in quietness are better then the shouting of

a ruler among fools. Wisdom is better then weapons of war, but one

sinner destroys much good.

 

Ecclesiastes 9:17, 18

 

"My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness."
2 Corinthians 12: 9

God help me to be aware of my limitations and to be willing and ready to
ask for your help.

It Happened to Jerusalem

'Hear, O earth: behold, I am bringing disaster on this people,

The fruit of their plans, because they have not listened  to

My words, My law, they have rejected it also.

Not Comprehend Even LessToday

All things came into being by Him, and apart from Him  nothing

came into being that has come into being. In Him  was life, and the

life was the light of men. And  the light shines in the darkness, and

did not comprehend it.
