In His Incarnation, He experienced normal growth ( Luke 2:40, 52)
and knew fatigue ( John 4 :6), hunger (Matt. 4:2), thirst John 19:28),
testing (Heb. 4:15), suffering (Heb. 2:18) and death (Luke 23:46).
As the God - Man, Jesus spoke of God from His divine nature as
His Father and from His human nature as His God (John 20:17).
Yet His humanity in no way diminishes or detracts from His deity
and equality with the Father and the Spirit (John 5:23).
"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." Psalm 46:1 Lord, some days I feel weighted down by the routine. Help me to rejoice in Your Presence. In Christ name I pray |
