Family
The family concept is right man and right woman functioning
in marriage and training children. The authority in the family
is invested in the parents. When a maximum number of children
reject the authority of their parents, then a situation develops such
as we have in our country today. We have youngsters on dope--a
rejection of authority; rioting in the high schools and colleges--a
rejection of authority; criminals on the increase-- all rejecting
authority! Do you know where it starts? in the family! It begins
with a rejection of the parents authority. That is why we have the
command, "Honor thy father and thy mother: that thy days may
be long upon the land...." (Ex. 20:12). This is not only for the
individual, but is also a promise for the national entity. It says
in fact that if children on a national scale are honoring their parents,
there will be stability in that nation.

Because of the Lord's great love we are not consumed, for His
compassion's never fail. They are new every morning. Great is
His faithfulness.
